Founded in 1969, TAACO is one of the oldest Turkish American Organizations in the United States, with the primary aim of representing the best of Turkish culture and history to the people in central Ohio, as well as serving our Turkish American community here with their social and cultural needs. Being a non profit organization our sole income consists of the annual membership dues. The income generated from our members are used for our social gatherings; like holiday dinners, picnics, Republic Day Ball, Turkish School for our children, Cultural Heritage events about Turkey to the communities in Columbus, charity for local communities as well as worthy causes for children in need in Turkey.
